Below is a list of what we have in terms of positions and requirements. The minimum requirements for all workers include OSHA 30 and SST certifications (new SST card).

Erection: 2/23

·         2-4 Flaggers

·         1-2 Riggers

·         1-2 Welders

o    DOB Welder’s Certificate and Scaffold certificate

Carpentry: 3/23

·         Tapers

·         Carpenters

Mechanical: 3/23

·         Mechanics

Plumbing: 3/23

·         Welders

o    DOB Welder’s Certificate

o    Welder Qualification Certificate from DOB Approved Testing Agency (6G Test)

o    FDNY F-60 & G-60 Certificate

o    2-years’ experience with the above-mentioned certificates

·         Fire Guards

o    FDNY F-60 Certificate

o    1-year Experience with the above-mentioned certificate

Hoist: 3/23

·         CDL drivers A or B

o    Clean driving record, 2 points max – must have stick shift & 3 yrs. experience.

·         Scaffold Installer

o    32 Hrs. Scaffold Supported Scaffold Installer Card

o    Minimum 2 yrs. experience
