We are pleased and excited to share with you employment opportunities becoming available in our residential housing portfolio.
This is a Permanent Affordability Commitment Together (PACT) project. The goal of PACT is housing preservation which entails the renovation and rehabilitation of 1700 units. Our particular portfolio spans across four neighborhoods: East New York, Brownsville, Crown Heights, and East Flatbush.
We are interested in sharing these employment opportunities, which include property management, construction, and maintenance, with our stakeholders and the community.
