We’re back for our monthly Brownsville Meetup! It’s a chance for us to meet, eat and chat with our neighbors, and friends from the Brownsville community.
This meeting will be a reintroduction the Brooklyn Community Board 16! The Board returns from Summer break this month and will be meeting for the first time this season on September 26th. We want to provide the Brownsville community with a 101 on how the board and its many committees help to tackle some of the challenges effecting our neighborhood.
We want to create a space where people can network, learn, and grow WITHIN the community. Here, you’ll find our partners in education, workforce, and business development or a local resident who shares your goals. Become a member of BHC and/or join a subcommittee via this form to let us know what you’re thinking.
